For a school project we are required to make some sort of Greek dish and explain its origin. I figured pita bread with some sort of dip would be simple and easiest to satisfy most of the students and I'm almost guarenteed it will be a big hit.I was just wondering if anyone knew any of the historical history or significance of this recipe and if it orginally was called something else? I also know there is another cucumber yogurt dip called Tzatziki and if anyone knew a quick recipe for that as well and what their opinion of it is that would help greatly. Thanks so much. -Julie
