		<description>Thanks for the apple crisp recipe!!!I have all ingredients ready at hand, and seems it&#039;s really easy to try them out!

Speaking of oatmeal, first I mix those plain ones with wheat brand, cranberry, chopped pumpkin seeds, almond, flex seed and black sesame, and then I would add in the coconuts flake (unsweetened ones) and sliced banana or pineapple (well something yellow, i don&#039;t know why I love them on top), em. I guess that&#039;s it. so except for coconuts flakes and banana, you can mix all the other together and stored them. it&#039;s really a quick oatmeal recipe for me in the morning. hope that sounds good to you:D</description>
