Speaking of oatmeal, first I mix those plain ones with wheat brand, cranberry, chopped pumpkin seeds, almond, flex seed and black sesame, and then I would add in the coconuts flake (unsweetened ones) and sliced banana or pineapple (well something yellow, i don't know why I love them on top), em.
