My name is Cory and I was born and raised in PEI Canada. I have lived in multiple parts of Canada but have landed back on beautiful Prince Edward Island to raise my family with my wonderful wife Janet. I love food and everything about it. I am constantly thinking about food, reading about food, trying new interesting and exciting ways to prepare food and of course eating food. Ever since I was a little boy – I have always been fascinated with food. From the days of helping my mom bake in the kitchen to preparing large family meals for a crowd – something about pleasing people with food really excites me.
I really felt a need and desire to start sharing my ideas and communicating with the food community out there so I started zestycook.com. I really want to create an interesting place for readers to come and see lots of new ideas and interact with everyday people. I would like to invite blogs from all over the world about food to communicate with me and share stories and tips to create a fun environment for the readers. I look forward to hearing everyone’s feedback.

Hi Cory, Like your site. Stumbled upon it as I’m in the process of quitting nicotine gum and find that zesty foods help a lot. It’s the tang that helps! Hope the weather on PEI gets better soon:-)
