I looove sweet potatoes so keep the recipes coming! I will have to try this technique – you had me at the “marshmallow” texture.
The weather here.. well today it’s in the 50s and cloudy but we are supposed to get this massive snow tonight and tomorrow. I do believe the weather did NOT get the memo that it is MARCH.

My husband and I are not even hockey fans, but the Canada/USA hockey game was amazing!! Congrats!

I wish I liked sweet potatoes – those look so good! Here in the Chicagoland area we might reach 35 degrees – a heat wave!
