I'm also a big fan of the "Triple-O" sauce on my burgers from <a href="http://www.whitespot.com/" rel="nofollow">White Spot</a>, a restaurant chain here in BC. In fact, I'd say they make my favourite burgers! Oh, and you must have a slice or 2 of crunchy dill pickles to go with. Mmmmm! The first time I tried it, the avacado slices kinda fell out, so thereafter I make a quick "paste" and put it on the top of my bun. SO GOOD! And, there's a deli near my office that has a burger called the "Texas Burger" that's pretty lethal but delicious: American cheese, lettuce, tomato, barbecue sauce, and a fried egg. I've been trying to convince them that they need to top it all over with a singular fried onion, but they haven't adapted their recipe yet. :-) Lately, I’ve been putting cheddar cheese, carmelized onions, and barbecue on my burgers. My must have's are cheese, lettuce, a tiny bit of mayo and onions. You have to have fry sauce with your french fries (a combination of mayo and ketchup...I add a little onion salt to add additional flavor).
