I have something similar that is perfect for this time of year. A simple slice of pinapple, grilled on both sides on the BBQ. Put on a plate, put a scoop of ice cream in the centre and drizzle with the same caramel sauce. If you have berries sprinkle those around the sides. Strawberries right now are awesome with it. It's a really simple, delicious dessert that is fabulous to throw toghether especially if you already have the BBQ hot for the earlier part of the meal.
