		<description>We&#039;ve got a bread maker.  We have used it in spurts -- a lot when the right mixes were available, only to have the machine sit in storage for long periods of time when we got tired of those standard loaves.

Only when we started to try recipes found online did we learn to truly appreciate the machine.  Sure, we&#039;ve ended up with a few bricks, a number of supermarket-discount-loaves, and some stuff forbidden by the Geneva Conventions.  But we&#039;ve also found some great recipes that have us coming back for more.

Too, there is nothing like waking up to the smell of freshly baked bread.</description>
