		<description>We always called potatoes, corn, and mushrooms (and onions) fried up together hash. Sometimes we&#039;d add in some ground beef as well. And of course, it needs to be topped with the ketchup upon serving. Best use of those leftovers as far as I&#039;m concerned.</description>

Last night I made what I referred to on my blog as &quot;What Can I Find in the Fridge&quot; Shrimp pasta. I like to keep a bag of shrimp in the freezer because they are quick to defrost and very versatile. I had some broccoli that I wanted to use up, so I threw together pasta sauce with shrimp, broccoli and other odds &amp; ends. Turned out great and was a quick &amp; easy dinner.  :)</description>
