Sometimes we'd add in some ground beef as well. And of course, it needs to be topped with the ketchup upon serving. Best use of those leftovers as far as I'm concerned. It's fun to come up with something new. Last night I made what I referred to on my blog as "What Can I Find in the Fridge" Shrimp pasta. I like to keep a bag of shrimp in the freezer because they are quick to defrost and very versatile. I had some broccoli that I wanted to use up, so I threw together pasta sauce with shrimp, broccoli and other odds & ends. Turned out great and was a quick & easy dinner. :) I like throwing together “odds & ends” type meals. It’s fun to come up with something new.
