Lately, I've been making my nachos with ground beef, lots of cheese, diced fresh tomatoes, diced fresh avocado, and jalapeno peppers. Found myself in a pinch the last time I made them (i.e. I didn't have jalapeno peppers), so I just put a liberal dose of Sriracha on top of everything. Wow!

Love the idea of the individual nachos, used to make something similar long ago. Making these as part of our election night yummies. Thanks so much, love your recipes and follow you on twitter! You and your recipes inspire me when I am at a loss for what to cook.

I do love nachos... it's amazing how the combination of things so simple can be so lip-smacking! I love the look of these as single topped chips - to be served as appetizers. I'm always looking for new ways to present food, or take the ordinary and make extraordinary. Thanks for this recipe and idea!
