		<description>Julie, thanks for the info!! I have a question - when you strain yogurt, does it keep its calcium? I&#039;ve heard the liquid that drops out of it is whey, and I&#039;m wondering if the calcium would go out with it in that situation too. Thanks!</description>

		<description>Food science is always so fascinating. We actually just did a whole report on the dairy system, including some of the nutrition behind it all, and I was also surprised to hear how much calcium is lost when making cottage cheese. Although, I guess one only need read the package to see that as well, right?</description>
