I guess I will start by saying Happy Birthday to me. Hard to believe another year has elapsed.
In addition to the Birthday – I would like to say Happy Friday to you. With today’s post I would like to wrap up the BBQ from last weekend. But just before I get on to that I have a mini house update. The house progress is coming along nicely as the builders are fantastic. I am also thankful that the weather has been excellent this week for working outside. I can only hope for next week to be the same.
On to the Dessert
What do you think of homemade double chocolate ice cream and double chocolate cookies(compliments of the Best of PEI Market ). With these, I chipped in with an ice cream sandwich with a twist. It was actually a very big hit. Here it is… Tell me what you think.
