Crap, I did know a restaurant in Jackson, but I can't remember the name for the life of me. I was there 15 years or so ago and me and my folks went to a steakhouse that was just unbearably good. I live in Nashville, about 2 hours from Jackson, but I don't have any restaurants to recommend. Jackson is somewhat small. I'm sure some locals can direct you to some good down-home southern fare!
