Happy Monday to you! It is a scattered holiday throughout North America today with presidents Day in the US, family day in some parts of Canada and Islander day at home here in PEI. With that said, I have deemed it baking day! We have 3 items on the agenda to tackle this morning and I am excited. Gluten free chocolate chip cookies, lemon blueberry muffins and possibly a homemade biscotti recipe will round out the morning.
