		<description>I just tried the recipe and, for some reason, withing the first two seconds they puff up and then spread out to be very thin - pretty much cover the whole plate.  When they got done cooking,  I was able to kinda roll them up into four blobs.  After they cooled, they were very crumbly.  They taste good, but they don&#039;t look like the picture!  Any ideas of what I could be doing wrong?</description>
