		<description>Anisah,  To prevent sticking just rub the muffin tins with butter.  You do not have to cook the filling first (that will cause it to be tough possibly).  You will have no trouble sliding out the quiche</description>

I love the step by step. The recipe is for 12 muffin tins right and did you mix by hand. BTW did it stick to the muffin tin? I tried another in which some of the quiche was bit tricky to pick out from the tin...any tips ? There was another recipe which I saw suggested cooking the filling to thicken it a bit  before putting togehter.  Will visit again</description>

		<description>I made the Bacon, mushrrom version of this quiche for mother&#039;s.  I made it as a whole quiche pie, instead of tarts.  It was delicious.  There were two other quiches as well but mine was the largest and all gone!  There leftovers of the other two smaller quiche.  I am making it again for a lunch on Friday.  It was a 10 out 10!</description>
