Happy Friday! Do I have something to share with you! I am not much of a popcorn person but I was strolling through the grocery store on Wednesday evening picking up a few things which of course turns into yet another $100 trip to the grocery store. Is it just me or is everybody spending what seems like gobs of money just on groceries lately?
Sorry about that little tangent – So I was strolling up and down the grocery aisles with my memorized list feeling a little hungry. I decided to look for somewhat of a healthy treat and happened to stumble upon Gourmet Kettlecorn Popcorn. I read the bag, looked over the ingredients and thought sure, why not? I threw the bag in the cart, finished my shopping and checked out. Once in the car, I called my wife and told her that I got a treat… she was so excited and I knew she loved popcorn.
Arriving home, I pulled in the garage, unloaded the bags and immediately opened the bag of popcorn. We took a handful each and our eyes lit up like glow plugs. This popcorn isn’t just good, it is amazing! I have never tasted anything like it in my life. Sweet, Salty, Crispy and Crunchy…. I was pretty sure I was eating junk food. To my surprise though, I discovered that it’s made with whole grains and only 130 calories in 2 cups!!
Maybe I am living under a rock, but have you tried Gourmet Kettlecorn Popcorn before? It is excellent. Here is a peek at what the bag looks like. ( All pictures provided in this post are from http://popcornindiana.com.

This stuff is amazing I LOVE IT but you fail to mention the best of their line up…Carmel I sure hope they are not phasing it out because I would cry, this stuff covers sweet, salty and not to bad for you!

I tried this a few years back at the NYC Fancy Foods Show and was hooked. The Kettle Corn is my favorite.

I’m not a popcorn fan, but it sells pretty well at the store I work at.
That popcorn is delicious. I really like the smoked cheese flavor–it’s like no other cheese popcorn I’ve ever tried. The weird thing is, I never see it at my grocery store, but we’ve bought it at Bed Bath and Beyond, of all places.
Also, Wrigley Field had this brand of Kettle Corn on sale at Cubs games last year. Better than Cracker Jacks!
I have never seen those, but now I’ll look for them when I’m at the store!

I love kettle corn, I make it all the time for my husband and I. I have never seen this particular brand and am very curious to try it. I always make my own because we do not eat artificial sweeteners and the premade kinda always has splenda.
I LOVE THIS POPCORN! But it hard to stop at 2 cups!

No, you’re not way off. I love this popcorn! It’s the only kettlecorn ill eat! I found out at work when someone bought a bag, left it in the lounge and I tried it and since then I went looking for a deal. Whole Foods had it on sale once for 2.49 and that is the cheapest Ive seen!!!
I haven’t tried that brand, but now if I find it, I’m all over it. I never met a kettle of corn I didn’t like!
I have bought the white cheddar flavor. Grumpy eats the whole bag by himself in one sitting. Unless I make him give me at least a small bowl….It is VERY good!
I’ve never seen that brand before. I’ve had Kettle Corn many a time though, and it’s a great combination of the sweet/salty. I didn’t know they made flavoured kettle corns though, like white cheddar. Yum!
I’m a huge kettle corn fan but haven’t had that brand. My favorite is to make it. Air pop or pan-pop some popcorn, spray with lots of cooking spray, sprinkle with salt and brown sugar. Toss and spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt and sugar again. Voila! Super healthy and kettle corn!
I am pretty sure it is impossible to get in Holland, but I would love love to try though!! We have very little good popcorn here…

this stuff is incredible! i urge you to never try it. you will be insanely addicted as polish off a bag in 1 day.
My husband and I can easily go through a bag while watching a movie.. we prefer the Movie Theater Popcorn over the kettlecorn, but all are equally yummy!! If you try this popcorn, you will not be disappointed! Absolutely delicious!
We love this popcorn! At the end of this school year, students were asked to bring their favorite snack to school to share. My nephew quickly asked if he could bring “the red bag popcorn” for his classmates. Let’s just say it was the hit of the day. His teacher emailed me asking me about where to purchase more.
I love this popcorn. I’ve tried Aged white cheddar, Movie Theater, and sweet and salty. They are so yummy. But my favorite goes to sweet and salty. My boyfriend prefers the movie theater popcorn.

wanted to mention that i came across a site that gave directiosn on how to make your own – basically use half a package of annie’s mac n cheese cheese powder; smoked salt and sprinkle of sugar. somebody commented saying the flavor was right on. worth trying perhaps???
Yep!! This pocorn is the bomb. Best popcorn I have ever eaten. Try Walmart Super centers, they carry a few of the flavors. Here in Sacramento California the cost is $2.87 for a large bag.

I know this popcorn is addictive but its a lot better than microwave. I bout 2 bags of the white chedder and 2 bags of the kettle corn cause like every one else that has commentedon here I love kettle corn salty/sweet yadda yadda. I could only get kettle corn at fairs or outdoor events during the summer. Glad they have it in bags now. For those of you that cannot find it I got my bags at Walgreens yes America’s #1 Drug Store. Yes that one!! Now you have too look throught the whole store because they are not always in their snack aile across from the bottled drinks cooler. If for some reason you cannot find them ask one of the workers or find the manager make them work for the dollars they are working for ,lolol.
But thats my tip on where I found my 4 bags oh by the way Wallgreens have them priced at $3.49 a bag and they very rarely have them on sale. So good luck. And if for some reason you still can’t find them you can order the bags on their website at http://www.indianapopcorn.com .
