		<description>@Leah - I was in the same boat before I started with my own dough.  I think the best thing to try is first start with a bakery dough like I used here and get comfortable in handling the dough in preparation.  After that, you are ready to create your own from scratch.  My only suggestion is to follow a recipe precisely and take your time.  Once you do it once - you will be fine and have more confidence each time out.  Hope this helps.</description>
