@ Foodie – I just use a little zester or knife and cut of 5-6 little pieces ( maybe equal 1/2 Tsp. of zest).

I do have a quick question: About how much orange zest would you use?

(I’m still learning how to cook, so I don’t want to add too much or not enough!)

mmmm . . . I am a big fan of salmon. That glaze sounds wonderful Good luck on all the house decisions, very fun but very overwhelming!
