Do you ever use ground flax on your toast? I’ve heard the body can digest ground flax easier than flax seeds… any ideas??

I’ve done a lot with toast but for some reason it never occurred to me to DOUBLE layer my fruit! You are so smart! That Easter meal sounds awesome, especially the coleslaw, I LOVE coleslaw, especially when it tastes like something other than a glob of mayo!
