Hi, I made it and hubby said it was incredible! Though we had to cut down on the sugar, peanut butter and toblerone. A very good recipe indeed!

Hi Treena,
You could just make your own whip cream. Take heavy cream 36% and add it to a bowl. Mix on low and then to high with a beater or kitchen aid until it becomes almost stiff. Then add a little bit of icing sugar into it. Taste as you add and you are good to go.

Any suggestions for another alternative to cool whip? Not sure NZ sells it- or what would be the closest thing to it?

I have been making toblerone cheesecake for the last 3 years at our small restaurant, it has always been a good seller, and received very very well with our customers. It is fairly unique and an extremely rich dessert.
