This post helps me tremendously. I'm challenged with the grill, but I absolutley love it.

What part of Washington will you be in?

I would love to try griling tilapia, but am worried it may flake apart and pieces may fall through the grates (the filets are usually pretty small). Is it ok to put the tilapia on alumni foil on the grill?

mmm I love fish and wish I could cook it more often. I especially like salmon and we grilled it on the cedar plank last time with a nice maple glaze.
I'm thinking of switching to wordpress, do you think this would be a good switch? Thanks!

I grill fish probably 5 nights a week... and have to admit it's still very very hard for me to tell when it's done. Sometimes the fish still seems "wet" and/or "oozy" even though it flakes easily with a fork.

Thanks for the tips!
