Wow, looks like you really want to win that KitchenAid mixer for the New Year! Well, consider this some further inspiration to keep entering the contest (click here for a list of each entry opportunity) and get cookin’ in the kitchen!
Before I tell you how to enter to win the contest today, let’s take a look at some of the things you can make with the mixer if you win it!
Zesty’s Top 7 KitchenAid Recipe Favorites
This is a classic carrot cake recipe, but the way the ingredients come together is nothing short of killer. The first time I made this, I didn’t have a mixer, but the whole thing would be much easier to make with the help of a KitchenAid!
2. Chocolate Cake Ice Cream Cones
I made this for Little Miss Zesty’s birthday last year (not to be confused with her party this year!), and they were a hit with the kids and the adults! This recipe is simple and fun.
3. Oh Yummy Cream Cheese Gumdrop Cake
This cake can be made year round but I think it’s especially nice around the holidays. The cream cheese makes this cake moist and creamy.
4. Ridiculously Delicious Dinner Rolls
This is a solid, traditional dinner roll recipe that also happens to be, as the name suggests, ridiculously delicious! Since these rolls need a good amount of kneading, it would be handy to have a mixer around to help with the work!
I’m pretty sure these will be a universal hit in any house! This recipe is originally from Smitten Kitchen and it doesn’t disappoint.
Sounds like an interesting combination, right? Cake, bread…whatever you call it, it’s delicious and nutritious!
7. Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes
This is the ultimate mixer dessert! Can you really beat chocolate, cream cheese and to top it all off in bite size cupcake form? I think not.
There you have it, folks! Now, who wants to win this baby?

I’d probably make homemade bread.
Italian wedding cake cookies, I have my recipe waiting to go but last year my hand mixer smelled like burning plastic when I used it for too long….
Cookies and creme cookies! I just made them the other day with a hand mixer and it was awful!!! I had to stop every few minutes so it didn’t burn out!
The very first thing I would bake is cupcakes. Loads and loads of cupcakes!
I am a fan of yours on facebook.
This sounds strange but one holiday tradition growing up was listening to John Denver’s ‘Please Daddy Don’t Get Drunk This Christmas’ while decorating the Christmas tree. lol.

First thing… The chocolate chip/walnut/pretzel pieces cookie recipe that I just can’t seem to make w/o a mixer
Peanut butter cookies, without question!
I would start with one of those fabulously looking recipes you posted about! Mmmm!
Soft homemade bread. Mmmmm…
i would make cupcakes!
I love to make Pumpkin gingerbread and eggnog breads. This would so help the process.
Christmas cookies!
A recipe for Julia Child’s white bread. It has to mix a ridiculously long time, and the recipe calls for a stand mixer. Can’t wait!! =)

I would make red velvet cheesecake!:)
Cupcakes
That blueberry zucchini cake looks delicious! I think that would have to be my first creation.
im a sucker for carrot cake! i’d definitely make that recipe!
If I win the mixer I am trying the chocolate cream cheese cupcakes first. I really need that mixer because my beaters keep falling out of my old old mixer.
This contest is fun. Hope I win.
If I win the mixer, first thing I will make is Peter Reinhart’s Napoletana pizza dough recipe. I have been making it by hand. I would love to try those paddles out.
I would make pumpkin bread first and try the Simply Pure Carrot Cake next.
The first thing I would make is chocolate chess pie. I made one this week, and it was so yummy, it disappeared in 1 day.

@andrewbyte
I’d make dough with it to make either pizza, bread or cinnamon rolls.
I would make those blondies–they look sooo yummy!

Homemade bread for sure!!!!! I don’t have a Kitchen Aid so it is hard to make bread using a hand mixer and my hands!
As you can probably imagine, I don’t make bread very often for this reason. My kids would be ever so happy if I was able to make bread regularly for them using this wonderful machine!
Oatmeal scotchies:)
My favorite holiday tradition is a day filled with baking cookies with my kids, and then packaging them up to pass out to friends and family.

Favorite holiday tradition is that on Christmas Eve our family has dinner and exchanges gifts at our house. Then on Christmas, we go to my sister’s house for dinner and celebrate her birthday, which is December 25th!
Hands down it is poppyseed roll. My mother used to make it, and even though I was very young when she died, I do remember it! Now my sister makes it for me every Christmas
I need to make a first birthday cake soon! I want it to be extra-special
We like to make beef tenderloin for Christmas Day
The first thing I Plan on making if I win is biscuits….and then maybe that carrot cake at the top of this post;)
I have to pick ONE?! You’re so mean, Zesty. I want to make it all, but for purposes of this contest (heh!), I choose a big gooey chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream icing and a raspberry preserve filling.
Carrot Cake is a favorite in our home.
I want to try making those egg white things. What the heck are they called. You whip up eggs whites with a tad bit of sugar and bake them in an over.
oh gosh, those cake ice cream cones look great, but i’d definitely make some fun cupcakes first!!!
Well, I was going to say homemade bread. However, after you posted all of those photos, I can’t get that carrot cake out of my mind. So, I’m going to have to say that sinfully delish carrot cake!
Homemade pizza dough
I would make chocolate chip cookies! I’ve been using a spoon to stir the dough and my hand is exhausted by the time I’m finished throwing it all together. My handheld blender makes crazy, loud sounds so I had to stop using that.
I’ve also made your Butterscotch Blondies so many times, they’re delicious. Those chocolate cake ice cream cones look awesome as well.
The first thing I plan to make if I win the mixer would deep dish pizza dough. I love deep dish and it’s been years since I have had it. The process by hand is grueling so a mixer would be prime!
I am already a fan on facebook
I’d make French macarons!
I’m not sure what I would make. Probably a cake!
Oh…well, after I finish my happy I won cry….I think I would make my daughter’s bread recipe.
I love making cakes for special occasions and always use a hand held mixer. Therefore, without a doubt the first thing I would make with the KitchenAid Mixer would be a chocolate marble cake, as well as the fluffy frosting to go with it!

Have “liked” you on FB for awhile!!
I’d make your Butterscotch Brownies!!! Those look so yummy!!! Thanks for the chance to win!!
I would love to whip egg whites in a new mixer. (And make French macarons-a new obsession). I’m about to make the basil hummus for a party tomorrow.
Our Holiday tradition, well our family has been scattered all over the States, but last year we all moved within a 4 hr drive from each other, so, last year we started the tradition of everyone gathering here at my home to all come together and cook and sing carols and enjoy a huge meal. I know this sounds normal but for the past 10 yrs I’ve only had my youngest son with me during the holidays, now I have both my sons and my daughter-in-law and her two daughters will be joining us this year. I am so excited to have all my family here that’s what makes this time so special to me. (the mixer would really help with all the baking I’m going to do) (wink)
The first thing I will make would be chocolate chunk chip cookies and mail them off to my hubby overseas =)

We always go to Christmas in the park as a family. But my son joined the Air Force last month, I went back to work and the other two kids don’t like to do anything. So we need to start a new one I think.

The first thing I would attempt to make is homemade bread.
Oh I would so love to win the mixer. I don’t have a mixer at all. I had a hand mixer but it broke so that Kitchen Aid would be sooooo welcome. The first thing I would make if that beautiful mixer ever made it to my house would be that carrot cake on this post that looks like the most moist and tasty cake (especially since carrot cake is my favorite cake — cheese cake is the second…lol!)

Yes- Definitely “Liked” on FB! If I win, I would enjoy making cinnamon bread (and of course, a pile of Christmas cookies), and giving it away to watch people smile.
My favorite Christmas tradition is making Gingerbread houses with my three Grandchildren, it would be so much easier with a nice mixer. I think the first thing I would like to make would be sausage balls, I would also need to add the food grater so I could grate the cheese. I think the mixer would be great mixing up that dough and getting it ready to roll the balls. I did “liked” you on Facebook page, looking forward to your posts. Merry Christmas!
Would love to win the mixer.
