		<description>My  mother in law made cabbage rolls with lamb and rice, and then put the lamb bones in a large pot and layered tomatoes, cabbage rolls, and salt, pepper, and then simmered this pot for a long time till cabbage rolls were tender.  We then put a roll in a half slice of syrian bread and had soup from the tomatoes and string beans.
(she  cut the meat off the lamb (neck) and sauteed it and mixed it with rice. I make it sometimes but not as well as her - my needs some more seasoning.</description>
