Happy Wednesday! Do you remember back in June, I ran a contest where one lucky winner would receive a blog makeover free of charge. Lara of Thinspiredblog.com was the lucky winner. Now we had a few hiccups along the way to complete the makeover but the good news is we finished up last night and I think it looks great.
More importantly than that, Lara said she loves it and to me that is all that matters.

Some of the new features that have been added give Lara the ability to interact with social media by adding the “Share and Enjoy” plugin. I have also added the comment indent for author remarks. This makes it much easier for the author to interact with their readers. Another addition was a more streamlined look on the side bar in addition to brightening up the background to match Lara’s personality.

So there you have it. Another blog makeover complete and another happy blogger. This is such a rewarding thing to do. It makes it all worth while when you read the responses you get from clients once you are finished.

Looks great Zest. If you need any help with those blog makeovers, let me know. I’m a Web Designer, and I love doing that kind of stuff. I wouldn’t do a complete makeover for free, but I wouldn’t mind lending a hand with some smaller upgrades/fixes.

I love the color and design, BUT I would change the food picture to something else. The RICE reminds me of something less appetizing, I guess I watch CSI to much, Sorry but someone has to tell you……. I hope you appreciate the honesty.
