Nice idea! My favorite, although usually only on special occasions, very thinly sliced apples, a dash of nutmeg, and maybe a little sugar or honey, depending on the apple. Topped with grated Jarlsberg Cheese and put back under the broiler until cheese melts. Open face. Sandwich: Toasted bread, bacon, honey, peanut butter Ok, I just found this, thanks to Tastespotting.com. Nice idea!
